I usually can only parse these kinds of things in two ways: - in light of the reaction of the demoniac to Jesus; or
- in light of the animosity of Pharisees and other authoritarians toward Jesus.
Admittedly, that may be my limitation. Is this the statement you referred to, JimBob?

Yes, that is the one.
Here is some more support.
Love is demonstrated in consideration, repect,appreciation..
When someone tunes you out in the conversation..how do you feel?
When someone walks away from you when you are still talking.
When they go uh huh..uh huh...uh huh...and are not listening.
Think of when the bible is ignored/neglected in sermons, when people are making racket while the scripture reading , prayer or sermon is going on...
get my drift??
then there is the outright continuation of the sinful status quo and expectation of it...

How much will the death toll be at the Second Coming?
Which Second coming are you referring to?
The First Coming was when Jesus created the Earth and he walked and talked with Adam and Eve.
His Second coming which did not directly cause any death was when he was born of Mary.
His Third or Second second coming was after he arose from the tomb he returned to the Father and then returned to walk and talk with the disciples and others.
His Fourth or Third Second coming will be when he comes to take us to Heaven.
His Fifth and the one that I look forward to is when he brings the Holy City to this Earth and makes the Earth a new earth and a place for us to live eternally.

Whatever the death toll is, it will no doubt be attributed by several on this forum to George W. Bush.
