1. Larry Moore, president of the Nevada-Utah Conference, has
accepted a call to be the pastor of the Burleson, Texas, Church.

2. The Quebec Conference has called Eric Philippe Monnier, from
South America, to replace Nahor Machiutti, who has been the president
for the last term. Nahor has accepted a call to pastor a church in the
Northern New England Conference.

3. Bob Edwards, long-time member of the Voice of Prophecy and one
of the longest musicians to continue as first tenor of the King's
Heralds Quartet, died on June 3. The memorial service will be
Wednesday, June 9, at the Thousand Oaks Seventh-day Adventist Church.

4. The father of Ron Carlson (secretary of the Iowa-Missouri
Conference) and Rich Carlson (chaplain at Union College) has passed
away. Services will be at the Minneapolis Southview Church on Thursday morning, June 10.

5. Erwin Remboldt passed away on June 5. Erwin began his lengthy
career with Adventist Health in 1947 and over the next several decades
served in a number of leadership roles; ultimately he held the role of
President of Adventist Health from 1974-1980. A memorial service will
be held on June 12, 2004.

6. After the Sabbath afternoon mission emphasis program at the
Georgia-Cumberland Conference Camp Meeting, 150 people came forward indicating that they are willing to conduct an evangelistic meeting in the next 12 months either in the U.S. or abroad.

7. Dan Serns has accepted a call be become the assistant to the
president of the North Pacific Union for Evangelism and Church
Planting.
