Psalm 16:11-
"Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore."
How many of us can say that we know our paths of life? I'm in my 40s now and I STILL don't know my path of life!
But with God there is wisdom. In His presence there is JOY and PLEASURES- for EVER! What a promise is this! Who could NOT want to trust Jesus?
I suppose one could muse that the pleasures and joy won't come to them until Heaven, but even if the joy comes on this earth in the form of peace of mind, that is still worth much more than having to live without. And many times people who have great things of this earth would gladly trade them for some spiritual joy!
The Lord provides both, and by reading these promises one learns more and more how much He loves us and wishes to see us happy.

Well, let me add to the above statement of mine.
I have had times when the Lord has shown me what to do, when I was directionless and drifting.
Once was when I came to Him. Another was when I started to raise my family. As many of you know, I was a teenage mother. My life could have taken a different turn. This was one time when I trusted the Lord, albeit blindly because at that time I didn't know what it meant to be a Christian. God took my messed up life and gave me a purpose. I am eternally grateful for that.
So, although I cannot see the future or don't currently have big plans, I know that God can lead, and that He leads best.
