"They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures." Ps.36:8and: "They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied." Ps.37:19This is BIG! Trusting the Lord for food in the days of famine? How does that work? I had a fulfillment of these promises back in the days when my family were suffering. Food, clothing and sometimes money would come to our home, enough to keep us going. There were times when we had to visit the food bank and we still did what we needed to do as any family in that situation, but I must say that above that we were certainly blessed

I really rely on God for this. Not only for food but for all the essentials of living. With the new experience of living, really, week to week I pray alot. Sometimes I even think I'm taking God's providing for granted.

It's so cool how Scripture speaks to people according to their own experiences!
Thank you so much, JeriAnne and Amelia, for your responses! May you both have a blessed day!
