Club Adventist
Welcome with open arms fellow believers who don’t see things the way you do.
And don’t jump all over them every time they do or say something you don’t agree with
– even when it seems that they are strong on opinions but weak in the faith department.
Remember, they have their own history to deal with. Treat them gently. Romans 14.1: The Message

Here is a question I might use with a Sabbath School class to get the discussion started:

How do we relate to a God we cannot see with our human eyes?
By believing in an invisible God, we are pulled further from the things of this earth.

The way I see it, pun intended, there are a lot of things we can not see. I can't look at a drop of blood and see the DNA sequence, nor atoms, but I do not need to see either to believe that it exists.

I often feel like I'm being watched and there is NO body around. That doesn't mean that I'm not being watched, just because I can not see them or it.

Think that is where Faith comes into the picture. We've seen the results of evil and the results of the Creator so I can not say neither exists because I am unable to see them.

I can be fairly certain that you exist although I haven't yet met you...

I am new in this and by reading the header this is an Adventist forum, so I believe all of you are Adventist as I am.
So this how I relate to God who I never see,
I believe in Him that's why I am an Adventist and I have faith in Him and also I have hi9s Grace and Blessing in my every day life.
Any other way?

I just wanted to comment that it was a struggle for the people of the OT to hold on to an invisible GOD throughout their lives though people had the stories of His rescues to pass from person to person. Moses went for the 10 Commandments and the people soon apostasized. God sent His Son that we can have full assurance in His power to save us and give us eternal life. As we patiently wait we know that many will depart from the faith for whatever reasons and we are reminded of Jesus question,"Will I find any faithful when I come?" I don't see a cold virus but I receive its affects therefore I know its a cold. Simple analogy but my prayer is that ALL would catch Jesus as easily as we catch a cold. May you know how great is His love for YOU and that I am grateful for His love for us ALL. Bless you ALL.
