God, So many times I do not understand why I must experience so much pain and grief and loss. But I have found you comfort me and draw especially near to me during those hard times. And Here I find that is what prepares me to bring comfort to another! Who would have guessed I was in comfort training! Thank you for letting me have a part to play. Thank you for the connection that it brings me both to you and to those we touch together! You certainly have some strange and wonderful ways of working, Lord!

I am sure that many of us can relate to this statement but with varying degrees.
