Shane Administrator of Foro Adventista Registered: 02/02/02 Posts: 15342 Loc: Rio Grande Valley, Texas	This program is awesome. It is produced very well. It is good enough to be on secular network television. It not only shows how Maranatha mission trips build churches but how they transform the lives of the volunteers and those in the mission field. It makes me feel pity for those without Adventist television each time I watch an episode. Adventist TV can compete with secular programing. I would consider this program in the same league as COPS, America's Most Wanted and popular reality programs like Big Brother and Survivor. But Maranantha Mission Stories offers what secular programming doesn't - a life transforming experience. Adventures In Missions is a program that highlights work being done in Global Missions. It is a great ministry and the program is OK but it would never drawing any decent ratings on network television like Maranatha Mission Stories could. _________________________ Check out the "Families" section here at Club Adventist.
