Personally ... I would rather have a leader that knows about failure and can help me cope and deal with it by pointing me to Jesus (again). I hate the plastic and fake leaders that have to maintain an IMAGE. Really ... that is ALL it is ... An IMAGE.
I am reminded of an old country saying {If you've stood behind the door, you know to look there.} It's difficult to take advice from a 'superior, perfect' person, you know they have never stood behind the door. Or, at least wouldn't admit to it. Romans 3:23 "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
