Dave .... I think this example proves the rules that you refer to are effectively nonexistant. If leadership ignores them then they become of no effect. The rules of taking personal matters to Private Messages and keeping on the issues were good ones. But, they didn't survive long.

Let's hope that things go better now. One can always hope for the best. It does, however, take the support of administration, and for administration to abide by and model their own rules.
