Club Adventist
Welcome with open arms fellow believers who don’t see things the way you do.
And don’t jump all over them every time they do or say something you don’t agree with
– even when it seems that they are strong on opinions but weak in the faith department.
Remember, they have their own history to deal with. Treat them gently. Romans 14.1: The Message

Oh what a description about the Philippines. When people from other countries read your post, they might think Filipinos dont speak in English. Im sorry but Filipinos are very good in speaking English that's the reason why BPO companies are in the Philippines because Filipinos speak english well. Have you been to the elite places in the Philippines like Makati where the corporate world is..where business ,educated, rich people are?...have u been to Forbes Park?...The Philippines has very elite schools like Ateneo de Manila, La Salle, University of the Philippines, etc...if u will encounter people from these places....in Metro Manila, Cebu, Baguio , etc), you will see and acknowlege that the Filipinos are very intelligent and very excellent. In fact, they are more than intellectuals than Americans...americans are good in english because its their native language but there are more dumb, stupid and moron americans. I apologize for the words but i've talked to americans and filipinos but filipinos are more sensible than americans. i believe u are in squatters' area or a depressed area in the Philippines that's why that's how you describe the filipinos and the Philippines.

Hello Traveller, I must agree that even in remote villages in the mountains on an island in the Philippines where I recently spent time doing missinary work the people spoke very good English. They were happy to share their culture and learn more of ours. TV and newspapers are in english. The shopping centers have their signs in English.

This is to be expected, because for at least a couple of generations their citizens have used English as a second language. And, most of th

However, I wouldn't go so far as to say they are more intelligent or better educated than other nationalities; those who are born in english speaking areas.
