What's more the kid is over 18 years old now. So what is the deal with that. The father should appeal that ruling. It will most likely be overturned. Problem with a six month sentence is that he will lose his job and no child support will be paid during that time. How is that supposed to help. I'm assuming that because she is living with her father, not the baby's father. Oh, yes, that's right, the neighbors near and far will be supporting her in the WIC program and welfare and medicaid, etc.
