Club Adventist
Welcome with open arms fellow believers who don’t see things the way you do.
And don’t jump all over them every time they do or say something you don’t agree with
– even when it seems that they are strong on opinions but weak in the faith department.
Remember, they have their own history to deal with. Treat them gently. Romans 14.1: The Message

Here is a question I might use to start a Sabbath School class discussion:

What do you fear or look forward to most as far as the Second Coming of Christ is concerned?
What worries you most about the Second Coming of Christ?

Loc: hopefully in Church and not on...
are people that honest with each other in a church setting?
where people listen and reflect and think about themselves and see themselves in other sinners?
and answer with transparency and truth?

and dont give in to rhetoric and bible verses? and adventisms?

That perspective changes EVERYTHING-suffering and adversity are the means that makes us hungry for GOD. Disapointments will wean us away wordly occupations. Even sin(when repented of) becomes a mechanism to push us closer to HIM as we experience His Love and Forgiveness.

I chose "Seeing the actual person of Jesus" because when I am in the presence of Jesus, there will be no wickedness, no trace of sin in sickness and death. And eternal life will be just icing on the cake. It is ALL about Jesus.

In the Movie 'Hook' staring Robin Williams he forgot how to fly and tofly he had to be sprinkled with fairy dust and think one happy thought! That happy thought was his children. Jesus went to the cross with a few happy thoughts and one was you spending eternity with himself face to face. The JOY he had was you being redeemed. Seeing the actual person of JESUS would mean looking in HIS Eyes and seeing that kind of enveloping love covering you on the spot!!!

Have you ever asked that He comes to rescue the world, simply to put end to sin...even if...you don't know OR feel that you are ready to gaze into His eyes?
