It's the law: No sagging pants in Chicago suburb Be careful if you have saggy pants in the south Chicago suburb of Lynwood. Village leaders have passed an ordinance that would levy $25 fines against anyone showing three inches or more of their underwear in public... The American Civil Liberties Union says the ordinance targets young men of color. Young adults in the village, like 21-year-old Joe Klomes, say the new law infringes on their personal style. Idealistically, if not historically, preventing someone from showing the item of clothing that is next to his skin is unAmerican and enfringes upon our personal freedoms. But I do have a question - Does it matter in Chicago whether the underwear showing is boxers or briefs?

But I do have a question - Does it matter in Chicago whether the underwear showing is boxers or briefs? I don't think the girls mind if part of the guys' undies is showing as long as it says "Calvin Klein" and is not red, pink, or orange in color....hehehe.
