I don't think that they think them to already be there. Anyway, those are actually the first flock of the faithful, the pre-Paul faithful Jews. These were originally God's flock, but he handed them over to Jesus.
The gentiles, of great number, are the "other sheep."

Yes, they do believe that. When they have their "memorial services," only those who believe they are of the 144,000 take of the wine and bread. Go to their services sometime. It is very interesting. Virtually no one takes part in it. Maybe one or two in the whole Kingdom Hall. When those who have a heavenly hope die, they are believed to be resurrected immediately as a spirit-being and they are taken to heaven. The number 144,000 was mostly filled up a long time ago.

Well, it is my opinion that per Paul it would be better every sectarian refrained (and that includes SDAs and JWs, along with Presbyterians, Baptists and what not...) and it would be better if they didn't even assemble!
