My family had the same reaction (they're biased) - "Of course you'll get the job!"

But as I said, getting offered it would be wonderful but there's still the decision about whether to take it. Still, one step at a time with lots of prayers.

Yep, UQ at the moment. I shouldn't say bad things about it - it's a very good uni and the actual people here have been fantastic and very supportive. The issues are much more institutional and relate to things as diverse as the way the government has changed the registration requirements for teachers and the historical balance of the School of Education. No-one's fault, really.
