1. Jeffrey Brown who had been selected as secretary of the Bermuda
Conference was elected President at a recently called constituency
meeting. Colin Dunbar who had been elected president, declined the
invitation.

2. Dr. C. Warren Becker died November 23, 2004, at Loma Linda
University Medical Center. Dr. Becke,r at Andrews University, was
professor of music, emeritus, and former organist for the Pioneer
Memorial Church.

3. The services for Clay Farwell, former President of the
Kentucky-Tennessee Conference, and the Indiana Conference, and most
recently Assistant to the President of the Georgia-Cumberland
Conference, will be Saturday, December 11, 2004, at 2:00 p.m., at the
Friendship Baptist Church, Rock Island, Tennessee.
