FWIW, friends and acquantances I have known that have had multiple jobs at the same time (self included) may have experienced a few sore muscles, backs, feet & tired eyes but soon they all go away and you will be so busy that you don't have time to dewell on personal problems. It sounds as though you have been given a special blessing ... in many ways.
