Didn't sleep very well. I had a sobbing breakdown last night. Alot has been happening with my sister and I picked her up from the hospital after she was treated for her migraine. I could not even make sense of most she was saying. I am very scared for my big sister. I am emotional worn out and am praying that I can deal with my kids kindly today. I tend to get really snapish when I am this way and cry at the drop of a hat too.
