** NET 2006 "REVELATION SPEAKS PEACE," March 10 - April 8, deadlines
are fast approaching. If your churches have not yet registered, there's
still time, but December 12 is the first deadline for ordering materials
at the lowest price. Promotional kits were shipped November 15.

** THE ACCLAIMED GOSPEL SINGING GROUP, TAKE 6, will be featured on
Naomi Judd's "New Morning Show on the Hallmark Channel, Sunday, December
4, at 10 a.m. ET/PT. The clip features a song from their new CD and a
brief interview which includes their experiences at Oakwood College.

** A WEBSITE FOR EVERY CHURCH that doesn't already have a website, the
"Adventist Church Connect" initiative that was presented at Year-end
Meeting, will be launched in January through eAdventist and
AdventSource.

** NAD CHRISTMAS SPECIAL, "ALL IS BRIGHT" television bookings are
increasing.

program. Call your own local television stations to urge them to book
the show. They can contact the Adventist Media Agency at 805-955-7675
for information.

** ACCORDING TO THE NIELSEN RATINGS, the TV audience for the "Live
Longer" segment on "Anderson Cooper 360" was around 700,000 at 10:00 pm
and around 444,000 at 11:00 pm. They do not have audience numbers
internationally. The program's target audience is the 25-54 age group
and are "educated, affluent, management level."

** THE MOUNT VERNON CHURCH in New York was the winner of the December
eChurch of the Month Award.

** RE*VANGELISM TRAINING EVENT, January 27-29 in Arlington, Texas, will
be co-hosted by Faith For Today ministries and the Center for Creative
Ministry, to talk about new ways to do evangelism.

Three major tracks will be offered: 1) how to reach the
unchurched pre-Christian; 2) how to reconnect with missing members; 3)
how to re-frame your nurturing ministries and worship experiences to
attract both audiences while taking care of your members.

** HAVE YOU RECEIVED INQUIRIES about an email appealing for funds for
relief work in Pakistan? ADRA President Chuck Sandefur reports that ADRA
has a specific fund for and information about its work in this crisis at

100% of all donations to the South Asia Earthquake Fund are used
for ADRA's response to the crisis.

** CREATIVE USE OF THE INTERNET was one of the media initiatives
suggested at Year-end Meeting. Podcasting is a way of offering sermons,
seminars, workshops and more, on your website.
