? 2006 DAY OF PRAYER, JANUARY 7 — Many are doing 10 days of prayer beginning January 1, using various resources. Some are scattering dates on weekends through January. A special sermon suitable for the Day of Prayer has been prepared by Pastor Ron Halvorsen, and is available from www.nadadventist.org/article/view/226 for anyone who would like to take advantage of this resource.

If your area stations aren’t carrying the show, call them and urge them to use it. ? DEPRESSION RECOVERY PROGRAM DVDS — A 9-part series by Dr. Neil Nedley recorded in front of a live audience. This seminar had the highest number of registrations at the Health Summit West in October. It comes out of Dr. Nedley’s successful outpatient clinic and 19-day residential program at the Lifestyle Center of America. People who have suffered depression and reclaimed their lives tell what helped them most. Viewers will learn all the keys of the 20-Week Turn Around as they go step-by-step through the program, using the slides and the 200-page workbook with exercises and self-tests.

This program is an excellent entry event to use in advance of NET 2006. Suicide is the 11th cause of death in the U. S.
