Club Adventist

Welcome with open arms fellow believers who don’t see things the way you do.
And don’t jump all over them every time they do or say something you don’t agree with
– even when it seems that they are strong on opinions but weak in the faith department.
Remember, they have their own history to deal with. Treat them gently. Romans 14.1: The Message

Please keep my friend "N" in your prayers.

She has been in the process of getting over an old infidelity of her husbands and now has been served with a restraining order from "the other woman" for a variety of allegations, none of which were committed by my friend. There is an apparent evil coming from the one wanting the restraining order as well as others which are indirectly involved. She ask that I put her out for prayer so that when she appears before the judge tomorrow, the Holy Spirit will give her the right words to say and that she not say anything which could be misconstrued or taken out of context.

My friend is an amazing lady and has endured more than I probably would have in this past year. She has learned what it means to give your burdens to the Lord the hard way and I hope no one ever goes thru the heart ache and pain she has been caused to endure.

Thank you for your prayers for "N"!

Will do, Puddles, these situations are difficult enough without what has been heaped on your friend N.

N called to tell to say she was granted a time to seek legal council. She had to appear back in court yesterday (3/1/06). She called and said she has finally found out that her in-laws are also involved and have sided with "the other woman". I am truly amazed and saddened.

She did say prayers are being answered as far as how she carried herself in the proceedings. She said she normally gets all nervous and finds it hard to collect her thoughts to say what she truly wants to say but this time she was calm and spoke clearly. She did ask that I extend her thanks for your prayers and to please continue to pray for this situation.
