1. John H. Moyer has been elected President of the Oklahoma
Conference. Formerly he was the Secretary there. John replaces Rodney
Grove, who was elected Secretary of the Lake Union Conference.

2. Atlantic Union College has regained its accreditation from the
Northeastern Association of Schools and Colleges. President George
Babcock met with the accrediting body on November 6, which granted the
college probationary accreditation. Within 12 months, the college needs
to report about progress in three areas: finances of the college,
participation of the college board, and strategic plans for the
college.

3. Have you heard that Doug Batchelor was injured badly in a car
accident? I hope not, because it is not true. But Amazing Facts has
been busy answering calls about the accident from people worried about
Doug. He's preaching a satellite evangelistic series from Seoul, Korea,
right now, and feeling very fine.

4. D.A. Delafield passed away November 9, 2003. Services will be
November 17, in Ramona, CA. His dedication to God's work and to the
Adventist Church was unwavering. He filled positions as Assoc Secretary
of the White Estate, Assoc Editor of the Adventist Review, Assoc speaker
for the Voice of Prophecy, founder of the Association of Adventist
Retirees.

Don & Marti Schneider, by this time, should have arrived in Aba,
Nigeria. He will be preaching an evangelistic series November 14-29,
2003, to be held in the soccer stadium with a seating capacity of 15,000
and about 2000 downlink sites. (There will be about 50 different
translators.) The Kings Heralds will be providing music for the series.
Don & Marti are asking that we remember them in prayer that they will
be able to share the gospel in ways sensitive to the many cultures of
western Africa.

We are planning to have a daily update from Marti. When received, I
will share the information with you all.

Janet D. Aldea
Secretary to Don C. Schneider
