Answer: This prediction referred to a movement then underway (in 1850) to gather believers in the second advent to Jerusalem where a literal kingdom would be established in fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy prior to Christ's return. The message of Mrs. White is not dealing with the possibility of the Jews returning to Israel, but to ways we want to see that is some kind of last day event or fulfillment of Bible prophecy. She did see a role for Jews, but that would be things such as the work of Abraham Joshua Heshel, or the artwork of Marc Chappel (sorry if I miss spelled his last name)which brings such insight and blesses the world. And yes Jews can return to Israel, but that does not fulfill any prophecy.
