"For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38,39
I like this very much! It doesn't matter how low you are or how unworthy you think you are- that doesn't change God's word and He cannot lie or fail. Nothing can separate us from God's love

I really like that too.. And combine it with the text that NOBODY can pluck you out of God's hand is just so way cool.
(Now...if I could just *remember* it at the crucial times..)

In some translations the words "principalities" and "powers" are rendered as "demons", so it reads something like, "neither angels nor demons..." I like that. It means demons cannot separate you from God's love. They can harass, tempt, oppress, even invade and infest you, but nothing they do can separate you from God's love. And that includes nothing they can "make" you do (or drive you to do).
This kind of dovetails with that notion in Psalm 137 (? I think it's Ps 137?) that there is nowhere we can go to flee from His Spirit -- even if you make your bed in hell, God is there.
