Over the couple of days we transfered this forum to its new home and updated software...

A lot of posts have been deleted to be able to make the move... this is not the first time we have deleted posts.. too many can also really slow down the forum, I think now we only have 100,000 or something similar.. over the years I am sure we have had over 500,000 and you can imagine how that would slow the system down even when it did the weekly optimization that is needed.

We have had around 4500-5000 people register, there was 2,000 members deleted by accident by one of the technical people. SO if you think you have registered and can not login, you may have to create a new membership account...

Last night, after the conversion, we had about 140 forums, some forums got duplicated in the conversion. Duplicates have been removed.

INACTIVE forums will be closed as well, that included pulic, private and semi-private ones as well. Ones like Grief Recovery and Abuse Recovery will always remain open for when 'that times comes'.

The conversion of the posts, just by itself, took about 8 hours... so many of the post done yesterday are never made the change over..

We should now have a much faster system.

The code for to be able to chat, without trolls, and to post photos are still under development..

ALL IN ALL I am please with the transition, this site looks better, is faster and has more features..

Here is one cool feature, you can create your own private forum and invite up to 10 people to join, just invite 10 members in a single PM and you will have an instant private forum... give it a try.
