This forum has expenses, and the burden of that is paid for by members. There is a 30 day free trial link on the top. It is a TOKEN fee of $3.50 per month, 11 cents per day... This was in the old set of rules, right now, the rules are blank  People who live in developing countries, or those with exceptional circumstances can get free access. (If it is because a person bought a $3,000 computer and pays $50 per month for high speed, has $700 per month car payment... then you can come to your own conclusion.)
